How it works

Once you decide that you would like to try my personal chef service, I will arrange a convenient time to meet with you in your home. I will conduct a free, no-obligation consultation with you to discuss what your personal dietary goals are, your food likes and dislikes, any food sensitivities you may have, which service plan best fits your needs, how you prefer your meals to be packaged, and any questions you may have for me. This will be a chance for us to get to know one another and for me to become acquainted with your kitchen.

The consultation will enable me to custom-design a menu for you and your family which will reflect your personal preferences and dietary needs. On the specified cook date, I will grocery shop for only the freshest, most vibrant produce, organic whenever possible, then bring all of my cooking utensils, spices, powders, grains, and magic to your home. The only appliances I require of yours are your stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and dishwasher (if you have one). I will also bring my own cleaning and packaging supplies. After having prepared all of your entrees and side dishes, I will package, label, and refrigerate or freeze the meals, then clean your kitchen, leaving it beautiful and smelling divine! All that is left for you to do is reheat the meal according to instructions, and sit down and enjoy! At your request, I will even set a gorgeous dinner table for you on the night of my cook date!
